Stavo vagando per il web, e ho trovato un articolo su Cython, così, per curiosità, sono andato a vedere sul sito ufficiale.

Cython is a language that makes writing C extensions for the Python language as easy as Python itself. Cython is based on the well-known Pyrex, but supports more cutting edge functionality and optimizations.

Beh, mi sembra interessante, potrei usare le librerie di c su Python senza effettuare il porting.
